101 is the ITIL V3 Foundation exam. Exin 100 has been withdrawn and is only available for resits - that was the old V2 Foundation.

I was looking for this information all around the web, but didnt find accurate. Now I understood.
Could you also tell me which exam I should choose if I want to give ISEB exam? It is $15 cheaper that EXIN exam.
BH0-001 - IT Service Management Foundation
BH0-006 - ITIL v3 Foundation Certificat in IT Service Management
I believe difference might be same BH0-001 is for V2 certification.
Is there difference is I prepare for EX0-101 and appear for BH0-006 exam? As there is lot of study material available on web for EX0-101, but BH0-006 is cheaper.
Would both have same set of questions?
Thanks. -

Yes, the EXIN and ISEB exams will be the same so you could present for either of them.
EXIN and ISEB are 2 of the 9 ITIL Examination Institutes. They all offer exams, but draw from the same pool of questions and follow the same rules.
So, a Foundation course will prepare you for a Foundation exam from any Examination Institute.
Good luck!
