After foundation what certifications are good

I have been working in IT for over 16 years(applications developer), recently cleared pmp and now focusing on getting foundation itil.
Currently been working as Systems architect for over 3 years and looking for becoming a project mgr, has lot of experience in all development programming languages, exchange server, share point, reporting servers, managing administering databases, web servers etc.
New to itil model and very much confused, can you please advice which are the better once to pass in intermediate after foundation.
