ITIL Certification

Dear all ,

I am working as Manager -IT in one of the logistics company . I am having around 15 years experience in hardware and sofware . My cusrrent JD is managing the IT ( few branches) . i have impelemnted so many projects ( hardware / software ) , i like to complete the ITIL ti improve my resume' weight . As i planned for Change management i am planning to complete the same . Please advise

I think it would depend where you are located currently.
ITIL originating from the U.K is obviously more popular here, although it is on the up in the U.S and other countries, it's a pretty good framework although I found very tedious to learn.
A lot of companies over here require employees to at least have the ITIL foundation qualification. Particularly if doing any government work.
