ITIL v3 pass

Just passed the ITIL v3 foundation cert. Did the 3 day Instructor based course and squeaked by with 70%.

The test was much more difficult than the practice tests we were given, many answers seemed to narrow down to 50/50 and depended on how you looked at the wording. I'm just glad I managed to get out of this one with a passing score. I found the material to be very dry (couldv'e been the instructor).

Congrats on the pass.

The information on its own is very dry, and without an engaging instructor who can give good examples it can be almost painful.
