Thanks to this website and especially the it-skeptic.com ITIL links, just passed the Foundation exam. 
It's true what they posted here, you won't pass without studying the material. Now, on to CIW Database Design Specialist certification!

How hard was the ITIL Foundation exam? I keep hearing a lot of things about this certification and started to become curious. -

Ever taken a graduate level entrance exam like the GRE, GMAT, LSAT, or MCAT? The level of the questions are at that level.
But then again, if you study the material, you should pass. -
