Dear all,

after intensive cramming over the last few days I decided to take the leap and signed up for the test today. It took me 30 minutes (out of 90 that you seem to get when your native language is not english) and I passed with 92% percent icon_smile.gif

I guess this means that I got 37 of 40 correct which is more than in any mock test I did before.

My recommendations if you want to take the test:
- Get the "Passing your ITIL foundations book"
- Read the ITIL Foundation tipps on ITskeptic.com
- Take all the mock tests you can find
- Get some real world ITIL experience
- Make sure you know the definitions in the book!

So, after ITIL it's now back to more fun stuff: RHCE and CCNP icon_smile.gif
Working on CCNP: [X] SWITCH --- [ ] ROUTE --- [ ] TSHOOT
Goal for 2014: RHCA
Goal for 2015: CCDP

    92.5, round that number up!

Anyway congrats on the pass, it's a great feeling and an even better service management framework.
