My ITIL Service Operation Exam

My ITIL V3 Service Operation exam was scheduled today.
I have given it and waiting for results...

This waiting time is really killing. I do not know that why CSMEAS is taking this much time to process the result...

    At last, I got the result after waiting for a day....
    I passed my ITIL V3 Intermediate Service Operation Exam with 80%...
