    Dear Sir or Madam,
I have no idea what is causing your problem but it is likely that one can google it on bing or bing it on google.

I actually responded that his response is so unique from the customer service point of view that it made me chuckle and should be framed :)

When I said they made me chuckle, they responded that they can't support third party tools which is why they referred to google. I purchased an SSL certificate and the third party tool I have used to test it is a browser, I can certainly see how this is an unsupported scenario lol .....

Was it at least an obscure one?

The worst of all, IE and using Microsofts Remote Connectivity Analyzer :) To be fair, the certificate is fine and only errors at very specific tests which I wanted an explanation for. I found myself out that this error is pretty much normal etc., but I expected a company which sells certificates, knows the ins and outs of it without referring me to google or claiming they can't support third party tools :)

That is just stupid. I would expect them to have a short list of browsers they support.

I was actually disappointed when the response didn't include a lmgtfy.com link. If the guy is going to be condescending and arrogant, at least make it worth it. Amateur.
