Passed it this morning. My study materials were: CBT Nugget (didn't like it), CSU ITILv3 videos on youtube (watched about 1/3. Really liked it), mock exams on ITIL Campus - ITIL v3 online training & taruu :: ITSM Basics Practice Exam Kept taking the mock exams until I was scoring 80-90%.
