I hate ITIL!!!

So, in order to get our yearly bonus, the whole company has been tasked with passing ITIL V3 Foundations.
All I can say is AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!
Can someone please, make rhyme or reason from some of this gobble-dee goop?

I have been taking the online practice exams, and have learned more from a single exam then any of the courses I can seen.

Can someone, please point me in a direction for a practice exam that will do the best for me???

the it skeptic website and the practice exams and free ogc pamphlet helped me and then this book helped the most

i have my copy i used in october to pass the exam... would sell it for $22 shipped , which beat the amazon price.

Thanks for the help and direction.
Been taking the exam off and on, starting to understand and recall the terms and getting consistent 80% or better.
Scheduled Friday for the Exam.

Passed with a 75%.
Test took me 15 minutes.
