Hi All,
I am scheduled to take the Operational Support & Analysis (OSA) course in March and I wanted some information on the reading material & exam.
From what I can see the best book to review is the Service Operation 2011 Edition - is this correct?
I have downloaded the example scenario exam questions, however; would they still be applicable now that there have been some 2011 changes in the module?
Finally can anyone recommend a study guide?
I would appreciate any help or advice
