I have passed the foundation and Design exams ( failed the Strategy ),and i now want to do another ITIL exam. Could any of you suggest the next logical step ( preferably an easy one!! )
My background is in Technical Support. In work i have initated change control and incident management.

Todd Burrell Member Posts: 280I'd recommend taking Operations or Transition. I thought Operations was by far the easiest intermediate exam - and Design is supposed to be fairly easy as well. Transition is probably the third hardest and Strategy and CSI are by far the hardest. I would also try and take the other 4 intermediate exams and then take CSI.
Good luck. -

Sounds like with your background/role I would focus on SO or CSI. -

Operation and CSI are great ones to try for.
I've never done Design or Strategy so I can't really comment on, except to share what others have told me. -
Todd Burrell Member Posts: 280I'd hold off on CSI as it really requires a pretty good knowledge of the other lifecycle phases (especially SD, ST and SO). I've not taken Design yet but I have heard it is fairly easy. Strategy was NOT easy and the material is very dry, so this will probably be the hardest exam for someone who is very technical (IMO)... Operations is a good place to start for anyone with a technical background.

I haven't looked at the book, but I heard design has a massive amount of content compared to the other parts of the lifecycle.
