ISO 20000 or ITSM 20000

I'm looking to take an ISO 20000 exam. I note there are two:






ISO20KF


ISO / IEC 20000 Foundation







ITSM20F.EN


IT Service Management Foundation based on ISO/IEC 20000




I'm not sure what the difference is between them? I have a background in IT service management, but am looking to introduce ISO 20000 into a small business.

Any help appreciated.

Hi buddy, its been long time your question was posted but i am planning for "EX0-114 - IT Service Management Foundation basedon ISO/IEC 20000", i did itil foundation.

this exam is based on iso and it is for it service management.
