My ITILF2011 Certificate Recieved

Today i recieved my ITILF2011 Foundation Certificate from ISEB BCS UK but without ITIL green badge. Do we supposed to recieve the ITIL foundation badge or not?

I appeared for ITIL exam on 03-08-2012 and recieved certificate on 03-28-2012.

Hi there

You would be best contacting ISEB direct - each of the examination institutes has a different policy re. sending out the pins - some make you pay for them, some send them out automatically.

Let us know what they say, I would be interested to hear.
