An exam I didn't even want or liked to study for :D

Taken the test March 14 and finally got my results .. 38/40 ....

    First entry exam for ITIL?

    I really need to get on with buying the books and studying for it, but currently doing a CCNA and also working plus parttime at UNI. It kind of eats you up. I'm hoping i will be able to do it by the end of summer.

    It's a nice cert to have

    Yea - the Foundation one ... company asked me to do it .. was certainly worth it, but I am techy so that dry stuff was ...... well ....... dry :D

    They probably wait for the upcoming CAB meeting to discuss your change request of title / certification status but the Business Owner has called in sick and no one else knows what CI this is refering to :)

    Maybe you should raise it to a P2 ...
