Hi,

Can you please guide me on which exam code to choose between EX0-101 & EX0-117 for ITIL v3 F - syllabus 2011 exam. On prometric site, both are available for selection.

Hi Farhan,
If someone want to give ITIL V3 in English then EX01-101 is not applicable so EX0-117 is the right code for syllabus 2011 exam.
