ITIL Lifecycle Certificate in Service Operations

Doing this training module which last 3 days, on the last day there's an exam. Has anyone done this training any advise on the exam.

I need my ITIL V3 foundation about 6 months ago, thought doing this will look good on CV and help get a better job.
