    I would ditch the courses and grades. For it qualifications change it to Certifications and ditch the "pass" and the "date" you passed them. You need to expand on your experiance in your positions you worked. I would remove operating systems and show under your work experiance what OS's you worked with.

    I agree with one nuance--noting that your certifications are valid or current might help. One of my friends who had an expired certification was annoyed how often that was one of the first questions that recruiters and employers would ask them during a telephone interview. :p

    This only applies to the class of certifications that expire, and especially those certifications that changed significantly before/after a certain date like many networking ones.

Providing remote support to customers on Windows Operating Systems/Servers. Worked with Windows XP/7 Sever 2003/2008 setting up new user accounts/resetting passwords within Active Directory and various other configuration changes, troubleshooting Arcserve backups that had failed. Imaged over 40 customer Servers on a monthly schedule using Acronis and worked closely with every customer during the process. Created new Exchange mailboxes, installed Sophos Control Center on customers Servers and deployed the clients to the desktop machines. Replaced/Set up VXL thin clients to be used in a 100+ User Citrix Farm and remotely reset sessions/created new users all within company procedure and best practice. Involved in a major part of an OKI Managed Services 90+ Printer deployment and duties including configuring Printers with static network addresses, installing them on site with any extra kit at required location and servicing them every few months.
