Your main source of information and pre-reading for this course will be the ITIL Core Volume - Service Operation. Make sure you get the latest 2011 edition, not the 2007 one. The syllabus (get it here:http://www.itil-officialsite.com/Qualifications/ITILQualificationLevels/OperationalSupportandAnalysis.aspx) will then point you to the relevant chapters.
Good luck!

However, I attended the a week-long OSA course back in June and the material is pretty straight forward. The biggest issue I had was just remembering all of the ITIL Foundation stuff (which I took back in November).
These exams sort of use a common sense approach to picking the best answer. But be careful, they're only eight questions long.
