Anyone taken MGT 305 or 433 Ondemand?

I am thinking of taking either

MGT 305 - technical communicaiton and presentation skills or
MGT 433 - security awareness program

Has anyoen taken either of those courses?

Any recommendation would be appreciated

I don't know anyone who has, but if you do take them please be sure to write about your experiences. Most people view security from a technical standpoint and neglect the other crucial soft-skills side of the house. I'd be very interested to hear more about those courses.
