ITIL Service Transition

I'm looking to move on from Foundation through lifecycle starting with Service Transition. Anyone got any tips for something to supplement the official book, e.g. CBT?

In order to take the ITIL Intermediate exams you will have to take some accredited training - this can be classroom, blended or CBT.
