1. Has any person appeared for the ITIL-F (Pearson Vue)in November, 2012? If so any new questions pls?
2. Is there any good practice ITIL-F Practice exam on this site?
3. Is there a good percentage of the ITIL 2011 questions in ITIL-F?
4. Any advise would be Highly appreciated.

I would recommend attending a course or self study (buy the book 'Passing your ITIL Foundation Exam' by the Cabinet Office, or 'ITIL Foundation Handbook' by the Stationary Office).
ITIL 2011 and ITIL-F are the same - it's just a different course code.
