Critique my resume.Thanks

Ok so I am trying to get my foot in the door and have not gotten any hits yet. Although there is also not many IT jobs where I live, but want to make sure my resume is up to par and make sure I land some interviews. So here it is guys. I attached it. Let me know what you guys think and what need improvement.

EDIT. Here is an updated resume with your guys suggestions. I couldn't get it down to one page. Any other suggestions welcome.Attachment not found.

My suggestions:
1. Try to get this down to one page. Most people suggest one page until you are into the midlevel part of your career.
2. You can probably remove the line attendant position.
3. move the skills and certs to the top
4. remove references.
5. for each job write a description, and then include 3 or 4 bullets with those major accomplishments, ways you helped the company make money, big projects and such.

Otherwise, it looks good.

Font is way too big. This can easily and should be a 1 page resume so I would recommend decreasing the size of your name and headers.

I like the Highlights/Summary section, but not too fond of the "Defining Statement"

Great input from the other guys already, here are mine:

- Hate the font size and font type. Try using Tahoma 12 for section titles and 10 for the rest of it.
- Agree with UniqueAgent on the highlights section, I like it.
- I dont exactly follow the dates on your jobs, dont seem to add up. Did you hold two jobs at the same time? I'd take out the work on cheese, not needed on an IT resume unless you were looking for your first job.
- Absolutely move up the Certs/Education section right after your Highlights. Club them into one, you dont have like 20 certs that you need a separate section for them.
- Take out the references bit and absolutely get this down to one page. Work on the font type and size and you can easily condense it into one page and enhance its readability.

Post up a revised edition too please!

Thanks for the input. Yes I do have two jobs. The line attendant position is my current ful time job. The patrontax position is where I also work but its pretty much on a on-call basis.
