Passed ITIL-F today !!

Passes ITIL-F today.
Have a few questions now - 1)How long do they take to send me the certificate?
2)Do I have to create a login enter my details etc. in their website ?

Your certificate can be anything between 2 and 6 weeks depending on which examination institute you took the exam with.

I'm not sure which website you mean, but if you can provide more details I will try and advise.

I meant the ITIL website to find my name in the list of successful candidates.

I bought my exam voucher from Pearsonvue so do I expect the hard copy to reach me in 6 weeks time?

Hi Palit

It can take up to 8 weeks for your name to get on the ITIL successful candidate register, so don't panic if it's not there straightaway.

We don't use Pearson Vue so I'm not sure how long their certificate time is - maybe you could drop an email to their helpdesk?
