Dear All,
Here you have one more ITIL stupid fella trying to crack it.
Whats the Latest ITIL version? is it V3 or ITIL 2011. I went through few forums, wiki, itil original sites etc but could not figure it out! How **** is that of me ofcourse! Please help.
Also whats the latest official study material and how can i get it? I want an official study guide. Also Does any body have a soft copy or something?

Hi KP, if you have a read through the other threads on this forum you'll find lots of recommendations for books, online training etc. for the ITIL 2011 (latest) Foundation. You can get official study material via a training provider or purchase study guides via Amazon etc. If you've got any questions after you've had a read through please do ask. Claire
