Passed ITIL-F Exam

Hello all,

I just passed my ITIL-F Exam (Syllabus 2011)

I bearly passed, but a pass is a pass. Personally I find the terminology very difficult for me to understand.

I used 3 different types of resources:

The Syllabus 2011 is the latest version of the ITIL-F test that's currently available today right?
So the ITIL-F v3 is an older test I assume?

Hi Nivaku, congratulations on the pass! You're correct about V3 - ITIL 2011 was an update to it. It didn't change it completely, but there were some new processes and terms added.
