I've been on relentless Job hunt for the last month, but no luck. I need to revise my plan in the manner of how I market myself.

    Put your name above the contact info. Bold (Education, Certification, Experience, Skills and Work History. Take off references and maybe work history. Move skills under certifications. And change 2008/2012 to 2008-2012. Give a start date for college. Last thing is check your alignment.
