ITIL 2011 Foundation passed

I successfully passed the ITIL 2011 Foundation exam today, 35 out of 40 correct.
I used these study materials:
Liz Gallacher and Helen Morris ITIL Foundation Exam Study Guide book @2012
Claire Agutter - ITIL Foundation Essentials: The Exam Facts You Need - book
Several Official ITIL Foundation Sample Papers/practice exams.
I strongly suggest to anyone taking this exam that you print out the "ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management Syllabus" and in the Generic Concepts and Definitions section, write down every item listed there, go to the ITIL Glossary and abbreviations and make sure you know every one of those definitions.
I also have many years experience in a corporate Help Desk/Security Administration role.
I also want to say thank you to Claire for answering several questions in the past week and for her encouragement.
