Paper or Electronic Certificate?

Just curious to know ITIL foundation is offering a paper or just an electronic certificate for anyone who passes the exam?

    I only got a paper one, but that was 3 years ago, so it might have changed by now

    I got the paper certificate too and I cleared it last year. I have seen some electronic certificates with people who gave the internal certification (which is same as EXIN exam, but certificate come with company logo) in my company, IBM.

    Hi jsonchan, there are 10 different examination institutes who offer the ITIL Foundation exam. Some issue paper certs as standard, and some require you to pay. It will depend who you take the exam with, so it's worth checking with the examination institute directly. Claire
