In Need of a Resume Critique

Hello All,I have been in the process of trying to find another helpdesk position as I am severely underpaid and underappreciated at the one I have now. I have had this resume critiqued on here a few times now and made adjustments as suggested by the good folks here at Techexams, but I am still not getting the responses that I would like to see. Any further advice on how to make my resume "pop" more to those in charge of hiring would be greatly appreciated. Note: The second page of the document is where I post my MCITP certificate, good or bad idea?Updated - 10/8/13

Replace the objective with a summary. Of course you are trying to get a job, that is why you sent them your resume. No need stating it again.

Your work experience sounds like you copy/pasted what HR has on file for your job duties. What I usually do is a couple sentences that describe your basic duties (what you have in your bullet points now) and then add some bullet points with accomplishments, projects, etc. List things with quantitative values. For example:

How many servers? Why did you do this? Explain that you kept X number of servers in security compliance to ensure 100% availability blah blah. Don't lie about what you did, but you can church it up a little.

I'd take off the part about expected CCNA. If you passed the CCENT put that there and say when you are going to take the next part, but if you don't have any progress to report leave it off.

Do you put your whole certificate on the page? If so bad idea IMO.
