I have passed the exam on 10/12/13. I got 80%. I have been a silent reader of this forum. Thank you to Claire and others for their valuable inputs.
Coming to the exam, I studied only for 10 days. There are lot of terms and concepts you need to understand and relate to. I read only one book as suggested by others- ITIL foundation 2011 by Liz and Helen. This is the only book you need to pass the exam.
