How do I obtain my ITIL Pin?

in ITIL Certifications
I never received an ITIL pin after passing with a 98%. I received a Electronic PDF to print out, however no pin!

I passed the exam over 6 months ago. How does one obtain this?

    Who did you take the exam through? I took mine through EXIN, took about 2 weeks and I received a hard copy of the certificate in the mail along with my pin.

    The pin should come with the ITIL Cert. Please check with your Exam centre once on this.
