Very Rough and Dirty Draft Resume (First Attempt)

Good morning everybody, this is my first attempt in making a resume. Keep in mind that I have made it to reflect what I will have by the time I reach my Active end date (Feb 2015). This is just a quick and dirty layout of a draft, would like any feedback. I still have a year and some change left but any advice would be great. Thank you for your time and help.

Get rid of the objective, and don't classify yourself as mid-level. Let your future employer put you where they see fit.

I can't open that file. Tried Word and LibreOffice. Both say it's corrupt.

But I agree with linuxabuser about getting rid of any 'objective' line. They are pointless. Anything you have to say in there should be in a customized cover letter.

Holy cow your not kidding "very rough and dirty"...

Ok so get rid of ALL military jargon:
Instead of saying "KG-175x" say cryptographic device.
NO RANKS.
instead of unit say my organization.
say managed a team of seven personnel instead of commanding troops.

Do you have any soft skills in your experience? like responsible for managing all trouble tickets and assigning to one of your team members? Or responsible for conducting follow ups with the customer to ensure the work completed by your team actually fixed the problem?
Whats knowledge level of profit and loss?

Key qualifications....
There is way too much fluff there and they are somewhat repeated in your experience so I would recommend taking four of your strongest qualifications and get rid of the rest. You dont need to put the years associated with each qualification either.

Education is ok but I would put right underneath it, a similar block for certs. Certs are a form of proof of knowledge so they are in essense a sub-category of education.

Well yeah, I pretty much did a copy and paste format from one of my now a contractor buddy's resume to reflect in what I have. Lol

I got a question thou, would you still get rid of all the jargon if you are applying for a Govt solution contractor, especially when those companies are offering positions dealing with said equipment and IAO requirements?? My main goal is trying to make use of my clearance as well as keeping it active. Would it be better if I said something like "Junior Enlisted that managed a team of seven"??

Yes, I have done all that with the team I that I oversee and have always done follow-ups with our users/clients. Wouldn't think that would count as a trait to put on a Resume. How would you put something like that on a Resume??

Yes I would still remove the jargon. Even though the company works around the military you'll find that there are plenty of employees in these companies that have never been in the military. The only ones who truly understand military talk are military people.

You want to get your point across about your management capabilities without over doing it so keep as high level as possible. Remember you want to capture their attention then they can ask you more details in an interview.
