Hi
Is this book good for ITIL preparations -
ITIL Exam Prep Questions, Answers, & Explanations: 800+ ITIL Foundation Questions with Detailed Solutions: Christopher Scordo: 9780989470315: Amazon.com: Books
Also, what is the current exam fee for ITIL in US dollars? Where from can I give the exams - is it pearsonvue or prometric?

I am also looking to prepare for the ITIL Foundation exam, and am a novice when it comes to this certification. After doing a little research, I narrowed my books down to two choices, based on reviews I read on Amazon:
ITIL Foundation Exam Study Guide
ITIL Foundation Complete Certification Kit
I decided to go with the ITIL Foundation Exam Study Guide, not only because of the cheaper price, but after previewing both books' table of contents, this one seemed to be broken down in an easier to understand format, at least for myself anyway. I will be getting the book this week, and plan on beginning shortly after that.
As far as the exam, both Pearson Vue and Prometric offer it. The exam fee is $215.
Best of luck with your studies!Next up: 100-101 ICND1 :study:

thanks but what is your view about this book -
ITIL Exam Prep Questions, Answers, & Explanations: 800+ ITIL Foundation Questions with Detailed Solutions: Christopher Scordo: 9780989470315: Amazon.com: Books ?? -
Johnny Johnson Member Posts: 241 ■■■□□□□□□□Unfortunately Amazon does not have a good preview of the book (only the table of contents from what I can see). From the table of contents it looks like the book has only practice questions and answers/explanations and not concepts and principles of ITIL. To me the book seems to be more useful as strictly exam prep for someone who already knows what ITIL is. I could be wrong though.Next up: 100-101 ICND1 :study:
