So I JUST passed MALC and am still on the high ... 
Thoughts... it is HARD I'd mirror a few of the comments made here about it;
Know the case study, really know it.
Spend time with both practice exams and work out why each answer is the best
Analyse the approach the practice exams use to identify the best answer
I failed this once ... passed the second time. The above three points I believe made the difference.
