    Congratulations, Which book did you use? I have the ITIL Foundation Exam Study Guide by Liz and Helen. Not sure if you suggest it or not. ITIL is on my things to do list… for the near future

    We had an instructor come to our school district and give us a 3 day class with exam. I also watched some Cbt nugget videos. My next cert is 70-410.
