Why the router drop the 2nd ping???!!!!

Hey guys How r u all ?

I just waiting my flight in the Airport and I just do the little topology from my mind

I putted :

1 ISP

2 Company's Router

2 Switch

2 PC

I did the configuration with Redundancy, But the first ping from the PC to the ISP

the First ping is hit it
the second ping dropped
and the 3rd and 4th hit it

My Question is // Why the router dropped the second ping ? why not the first ping ?

I wouldn't think too much about it. Unless you start experiencing the issue consistently in a setup. But having a packet get dropped happens on occasion. Especially in packet tracer.

I assume when you run ping again with 1.1.1.1 it is !!!! or successful 100%? Probably has to do with ARP cache, even though I would think this is more common with the 1st reply more so than the 2nd.

I think an issue with ARP would happen on the first ping 100% of the time. The first packet being successful without the ARP cache being filled would be impossible from what I know.
