The only real addition is the neighbors have to be statically configured (you can do this in other routing protocols, but it is usually only required on some NBMA networks) and the network command has to match the network you're advertising exactly (particularly, the mask has to match exactly). QoS is a topic that can get very complicated, but the topics mentioned here seem to be the basics.
