In a lot of states employers aren't even allowed to deduct unreturned company property from final paychecks because it's an improper dedeuctikn.

I received some passive aggressive treatment as well from a subordinate due to my process time on a request. Not blaming her or anyone, but since our IT/Analytics department took a hit things aren't getting done as fast and there are people who are getting edgy. Maybe this is part of the life cycle of this type of happening. I have a vaca coming up soon which has been approved for a week and bonuses should be released shortly after so that is something I am banking on. Once those two events transpire I will most certainly be looking for a job. With almost 5 years of advance SQL knowledge I should be in good shape. I am also doing training videos as well (at lunch when times presents itself).
