Just got my CCENT and A+, Job Recommendations, DC , MD , Virginia ?

Hey everyone i recently just got my A+ and CCENT. I'm wondering where should i start looking for a job since im new in the IT industry. I currently live in Maryland and i've heard that Virginia and DC are great places to look. However i don't know exactly what position i should be looking for. Help desk ? since im a Junior ?

Entry level Network Operations Center (NOC) with your CCENT or Helpdesk with your A+

Junior jobs are good but in that area, keep applying for jobs that require a clearance. You'll eventually get one to bite and the rates tend to be higher.

I concur, it's rare to see an employer only ask for a CCENT. As a stand alone certification, it's pretty worthless, it's real value is it makes passing the CCNA easier.
