I would think especially at big organizations and companies like Symantec...the demand is very high. Outside of that most companies are going to mainly rely on vendors.

I've only heard of it in jobs literally titled Malware Analyst, Reverse Engineer, and as nice to have in some SOCs...I was thinking more in the perceived value even if they didn't ask for it.636-555-3226 wrote: »I've never heard of anybody asking for this cert.
Op I forgot to add, a lot of the GIAC certs (SANS is the training) have great information but I think companies tend to avoid demanding them because the cost for most is out of reach.
