incident handling course?

Hi!

I'm looking for a incident handling/response related course, which can be taken online.
I've only found EC-Council's ECIH, however it's material quite old. Is it worth taking, or do you have other suggestion?

Yeah, GCIH from SANs is pretty much the standard for IR
