Stupid question: If you have bluetooth turned off then the device isn't vulnerable until bluetooth is turned on, correct? -

Few years back when blutooth was dying because people stopped using bluetooth to share files this vulnerability would be a low impact one, because bluetooth would be off for most people.
But now with smart-watches and wireless bluetooth headsets it is a much bigger issue.
