Should I get the latest Review Manual?

I am having an older Review Manual 2014. Wonder will this be an issue assuming there is a referencing function within the Questions, Answers and Explanations (QAE) online database or should I get the latest Review Manual? Appreciate your advice.

I would skip the new manual but definitely get hold of the new QAE
