Recertificate VCP6-DCV exam

Hello,

I have VCP6-DCV) certification and it will be expire in few month. I need to get update with my certificate.

Could I certificate in other module as 2V0-642 (VMware Certified Professional 6 - Network Virtualization 6.2 Exam)?

Or need I to go to VCP exam?

Yes - if you pass the 642 exam you would gain VCP6-NV as well as recertifying your VCP6-DCV.

Go for the NV track then follow up with the CMA course. CMA is natural progression after NV. So much overlap.
