Just finaly after 5 weeks received my results (had a printed exam not the electronic version) passed the foundation course with a 28/40 :d

    Thanks I basically studied the training notes provided by the institution. Man was it BORING

    I started studying ITIL as a cure for insomnia....it worked!

    I sat this back in May... 3 day intensive training course with the exam at the end of it.... boring stuff but managed a pass :D

    I sat for mine in 2007 and that's how I did it too. It was the only way to do it. I refused to sit down and study notes for this one. I received 36/40 and that only because the instructor went over sample tests for an entire day the day of the exam. But, now most of the 1,100 IT people in my organization are ITIL certified.

    Thank goodness it is a lifetime cert!
