looks good man....I am by no means an expert on resumes, acutally about a month ago i threw mine on here for feedback..It worked great people are really helpful around here...

anyways...

I noticed that whenever you talk about values you change between writing them out(seven) to the actual number(7)... be consistent. one or the other....I would choose the actual number..it stands out more versus the writing it out....kinda get mixed in all the words...

I would have to say that the layout of the resume looks great.....education and certs up in the front...however i never saw that format before....I dont think it should be an issue b/c it seems to flow pretty good, but if you arent getting any calls then maybe look for something more traditional.

Finally, this isnt a knock on you whatsoever. I did this and had great results. Take your resume to someone who is very good in writing. I went to my mom who was a teacher and I can say it is amazing what some people can do to change something from looking kinda important to saving the world. Even a word changed here or there will help make your resume jump off the page.

all and all looks good.....hope it turns out great and good luck trying to find a new job

This has got to be the best resume I have seen posted on here asking for critique.

I think you can add more to the Education part, like if you made Deans List or any courses you took that are relavant to what job you are pursuing.. like if you are going for a Network Admin job maybe a put (Noteable Electives include: 1120 Introduction to Networking, etc)

That's how mine is setup as well (and how a college career development course I took recommended setting it up). I don't think it makes sense to push the big items to the bottom or another page.

Looks good overall. I think that's the first time I've seen summaries for all the previous jobs. You might want to consider cutting those and beefing up your bullet points. Most people will simply scan your resume, and you should only have the summary/objective at the top in paragraph form. You want the big items to pop off the page, not get lost in a lot of text.

I actually took this from dynamik's advice in an earlier thread. It made sense to me, since it is a 2 page resume, to have all the important stuff on the first page...certs, education, and the job role that is most helpful for the targeted job. This way, even if the second page got lost or something, they still have all the important information.

I originally had all bullet points, but I felt that the important stuff (things that bulletted in the current version) was getting lost with the mundane everyday things I do. I placed all these things into the summary to provide more emphasis on the main points. If they just skim through the job summaries, I don't think they really miss much, as long as they pay attention to the bulleted points. Does this make sense?

If your gonna go through all the effort of creating a nice resume you could at least get you're phone number correct.I've tried to call you several times but i keep getting the damn operator telling me this number is not available.

Looks good, but I would be careful with the tenses. For instance you have "Recruited," and present tense in the same paragraph for the first job you listed. They should all be the same, and since you are still employed by that location they probably should be present tense.
