Legal Disclaimer for Security Training

Within the next few months, I want to start making some pentesting/ethical hacking CBTs. Someone will inevitably do something stupid with one, and I want to make sure I've got myself covered legally. Does anyone know of any law firms that specialize in this type of thing and could whip me up a disclaimer?

Just take the disclaimer from some some other hacking video (e.g., SANS) and add a few small things that don't change the meaning. A disclaimer is a very weak defense in court anyway. It won't prevent you from being sued or help pay for your defense. It's just one more thing that might sway a judge or jury in your favor should you find yourself in a courtroom.

You may want to check out this site as it provides a full framework for pen testing and some legal info. Its a very useful site that I've used alot over the last few months, hope it helps.
