Hello!

Finally took the chance, and sat the Security+ exam.
Scored 825

Which, as far as I can work out, is 90.6%

Well, onto the test. Not exactly what I expected, got some weird policy related finance question which required some Maths. Not sure how I went on that one... Only got one port-number question, and a whole heap of terribly worded Access Control & Intrusion related questions! Although I was warned, I didn't get a chance to restudy my Fire-Safety articles, Fortunately I didn't get any of those-type questions.
I didn't do any Practice Tests, however I did other things, including;
- Sybex CompTIA Security+ Deluxe Study Guide
- ProProfs 16-day guide
- CBT Nuggets (of the 20, watched 4-10)
- Various wikipedia articles
Hehehe... I finished reading Chapter 9 of the Sybex book on the lift up-to the Test-Centre!

Thanks to all that helped me out!

BTW:
I'll be starting a CCNA & MCSE course on Friday, so those are the next certifications I'll be going for. After that, I'll be looking into other Security related certifications. Also considering University.
