Assign EFS permission to groups

Hi guys i'm studying for 83-640 and i came across EFS permissions,could you guys tell me what's the best and short way to assign them?this may sound as a silly question but i don't have much experience on EFS thanks guys!

Do you guys have any tips for this exam?83-640 Active Directory?

Are you talking about the right to use EFS? It would be best to assign it via Group Policy.
